Craig Hibbard has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and property development industries. In 2021, they joined Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. as Chief Development Officer, where they are responsible for the development and deployment of major projects across multiple sites in facilities based in Australia and the United States. Prior to this, they were General Manager at Iris Capital from 2017 to 2021, where they spearheaded all aspects of group governance and infrastructure, business development, sales and marketing, asset management, operations and project management, and financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. From 2010 to 2017, they were Director of Retail Leasing at Property Partnership Australia, where they were responsible for the development of the Sydney CBD and metropolitan retail leasing markets. Craig also managed a major property portfolio and acted as a Project Team Member for East End Newcastle. From 2007 to 2010, they were Operations Manager and General Manager, Licensee at Merivale, where they led a large team of over 500 staff with full P&L; cash and stock control; and property R&M accountabilities. From 2000 to 2007, they were General Manager, Licensee at Utmost Hospitality, where they led specialised, front-line teams at multiple sites to ensure quality hospitality outcomes for hotel services in line with high standards for customer service and customer experience.
Craig Hibbard has completed a Leadership Program at Blackdot, a REI Licensed Real Estate Agent at Real Estate Institute of NSW, a Diploma in Real Estate and Property Services at TAFE NSW, and a HSC at The Scots College.
