Alex Tse

Mr. Tse joined BPEA in 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Tse was the Investment Director at Goodman Asia where he was responsible for managing investment and capital transactions of logistics and industrial real estate in Hong Kong and mainland China. Before that, Mr. Tse was the Vice President with Pramerica Real Estate Investors and a Senior Associate with Capmark Financial Group. Mr. Tse also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr. Tse holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnics University and a Master Degree in Financial Analysis from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors as well as a Registered Professional Surveyor.
