Brenda Papazian-Madden has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Brenda most recently worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BPGBio Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on using AI algorithms to accelerate the drug discovery process. Prior to that, Brenda served as the Chief Operating Officer at Nursing on Demand, LLC, where they provided concierge nursing services and temporary staffing to healthcare facilities. Brenda also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at BERG Health, which transferred its assets to BPGBio Inc. Brenda has experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting through their role as President and Founder of Hye Class Talent & HR Consulting. Additionally, they have held various HR positions at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Integrated Process Technologies, Acusphere Inc., Teradyne, and GE Ionics. Brenda began their career as a Nursing Assistant and Behavioral Health Counselor at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Brenda Papazian-Madden has a diverse education history. Brenda earned a Diploma in General Studies from Belmont High School in 1985. After graduating, Brenda attended Massachusetts Bay Community College from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an AS degree in Office Administration. In 1990, they returned to the same college and completed another AS degree, this time in Communications & Psychology. Additionally, Brenda obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University in the same year.

In 1991, Brenda enrolled in Suffolk University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications & Psychology. Brenda successfully completed their undergraduate program in 1993.

Years later, in 2013, Brenda attended the Human Capital Institute (HCI) to further their education in Human Resources. Brenda obtained a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Business Partner in 2014.

Outside of their formal education, Brenda has also earned the certification of Certified HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute. The specific month and year of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
