Dawn Poteau

Dawn Poteau, PCC, PMP, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished executive coach and founder of Talent Activators, where expertise lies in guiding senior leaders through career transitions. Currently serving as an executive coach for BRAVANTI and a guide for Chief, a network supporting women in leadership, Dawn has previously held significant HR positions at Diagnostic Green GmbH, UltraLinq Healthcare Solutions, and LifeLine Sciences. With a strong background in talent management at Cooper Standard and FCA North America, Dawn also contributes as a member of the Board of Visitors for Oakland University's School of Nursing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR with a specialization in Training & Development from Oakland University and a Master's in Strategic Leadership from New England College.
