Amalie Briden

Amalie Briden serves as the Innovation Manager at the British Phonographic Industry since June 2022, focusing on technology's role within the UK recorded music sector. Amalie co-founded babyrocksampler in March 2018, providing live music gigs for parents and young children. Additionally, Amalie has held various roles including Development Manager at Sounds from the Other City Limited and External Assessor for PRS for Music, emphasizing expertise in scoring, advising, and assessing new music. Previous experiences also include Programme Manager for Arts Council England, overseeing significant arts investment and leading transformation initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Music and Creative Industries Management from the University of Bolton and a BA (hons) in Film & Literature from the University of Warwick.
