Hailey Willington

Hailey Willington is an experienced professional in the field of music education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the British Phonographic Industry since June 2023, Hailey is also an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee Member at the Musicians' Union. As a self-employed violinist specializing in both Baroque and modern styles since April 2012, Hailey has held various teaching roles, including Violin Tutor and Curriculum Leader Strings at Merton Music Foundation from September 2014 to May 2023, as well as Violin Teacher positions at Lingfield College and Marymount London during overlapping tenures. Academically, Hailey holds a PGCEi in Group Instrumental Learning from Birmingham City University, a Master of Performance in Historical Performance, and a Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Violin and Baroque Violin from the Royal College of Music.
