Charlotte Fadlallah

Charlotte Fadlallah is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Bpifrance Investissement since September 2016 and as Secretary of the Supervisory Board at STMicroelectronics since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel at SPIE from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2007 to 2014. Early career includes legal internships at EY Société d'Avocats and Cabinet Requet Chabanel in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Charlotte Fadlallah holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master's Degree in Business Law and Taxation from DJCE, and a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
