Lucas Bregeon

Lucas Brégeon is a Customer Success Manager at Bpifrance since January 2021, focusing on user issues related to a digital banking project. Currently involved at Customerz since September 2022, Lucas supports technical problem resolution and collaborates with development teams. Previously, Lucas contributed to Rocket School as an instructor for aspiring Customer Success Managers with a focus on onboarding and retention strategies, and worked as a Community & Building Manager at WeWork, enhancing customer journeys. Lucas's extensive experience at Apple included improving customer experiences, data analytics, and team training, alongside roles in communication and content creation in earlier positions. Lucas holds degrees in Lens and Media from Glyndwr University and expertise in communication from Université de Saint-Dié des Vosges and IUT de Laval.
