Ethan Davis is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and training. Currently serving as a Tier 2 MSP support specialist at BPI Information Systems since April 2022, Ethan collaborates with government and private corporations to deliver IT services. Prior to this role, Ethan worked as a Technical Support Engineer at RiteRug Flooring, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, Microsoft account and active directory administration, as well as device management.
