Jusran M. is an experienced professional in data management and analytics, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Director at BPJS Kesehatan since January 2014, where responsibilities include building big data and social media sentiment analytics, as well as developing advanced analytics. Previous roles at BPJS Kesehatan include Data Development Management, focusing on the design and maintenance of data for strategic decision-making, and System Analyst, where platform development for core systems was key.
