Scott Scurich attended the University of Georgia’s Tarry College of Business Real Estate Program, which is consistently ranked in the nation’s top 5 such programs by U.S. News & World Report. After graduation, Scurich spent several years working as an analyst and project manager in commercial real estate development and construction. With experience in categories such as hotels, multi-family, office, retail, entertainment, and mixed-use projects, Scurich entered the sales side of CRE at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in Atlanta where he covered an eight-state territory and closed in excess of $1.5B in transaction volume. His next move was to Stan Johnson Company (SJC) where he met and worked with B+E Co-founder, Camille Renshaw. Scurich was part of SJC’s highest producing team in the Northeast region, was a top national producer of retail net lease assets and was one of the firm’s leaders in 1031 exchange advisory. From SJC, he went to Ten-X with Renshaw where he was a Managing Director heading up its Net Lease division and serving in advisory roles regarding product development, marketing, and operations. His extensive and diverse CRE experience complements Renshaw’s entrepreneurial drive, making them an unbeatable team. Scurich leads daily operations and technology at B+E and he holds real estate licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Georgia, California and Alabama.
