William Brooks

William Brooks is currently an Associate Director at B+E Net Lease, a modern investment brokerage firm specializing in 1031 exchanges and net lease real estate. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Sales Associate at TSCG, a retail-only real estate service provider, and as a Financial Analyst at RCG Ventures, LLC, a privately funded real estate investment group. William also has experience in industrial investment sales at Wilson, Hull & Neal, a real estate brokerage firm in Atlanta. They graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
