Surendra Lavate

Surendra Lavate has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Surendra began their career at Messung systems as an engineer in customer support, working specifically with Mitsubishi and Messung controllers. In 2001, they joined B&R automation Pvt. Ltd. as an Application Engineer, responsible for both technical support and sales in Mumbai. Surendra then moved on to Messung systems Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, where they served as an Assistant Manager, leading a team of six engineers in technical support and managing key customers in the Mumbai region. In 2010, Surendra joined Schneider Electric as a System Architecture Expert for five years. Currently, they are employed at B&R Industrial Automation, where they hold the roles of Manager - Business Development Industry and Head - Business Development Industry & Education Network.

Surendra Lavate completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from the NMIMS School of Business Management. This three-year program took place from 2012 to 2015.
