Paul Schuster is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Bracewell LLP since June 2023, Paul previously held the position of Partner at Locke Lord LLP from January 2000 to June 2023, where involvement included representing clients in various commercial disputes through negotiations, trials, and appeals. Prior roles include serving as a Partner with a focus on commercial litigation at Locke Purnell Rain Harrell and as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, as well as starting a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit. Paul Schuster earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
