Stephen C. Mcnamara

Stephen McNamara represents issuers and financial institutions in connection with a wide range of public and private securities transactions, including high yield bond offerings, initial public offerings, SEC-registered issuances, liability management transactions and other debt and equity financings. He also advises clients on covenant compliance, federal securities matters and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Stephen was an associate with two large international law firms.
