Stephen Wald

Stephen Wald focuses his practice on regulatory, litigation, and policy matters across the energy and infrastructure industries. He also helps advise clients on matters relating to government enforcement and investigations, government contracts, and environmental issues.

During law school, Stephen participated in the University of Virginia School of Law Environmental Law and Community Engagement Clinic where he handled matters involving the National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal and state environmental laws. He also has experience working on matters before the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
