Joel Radman

Joel Radman is an experienced estimator with a robust background in construction management and masonry estimating. Currently serving as an Estimator at Brad Cole Construction Company since February 2020, Radman has previously held senior and chief estimator roles at multiple companies, including RA-LIN and Associates, Inc., Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, and W.G. Yates & Sons Construction. With expertise gained from founding Radman Consulting, LLC, and working as a project manager at Camarata Masonry Systems and Lucia Inc., Radman has cultivated significant knowledge in estimating for general and specialty contractors. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
