Nicole Handy

Nicole Handy is the Co-Founder of Braden Real Estate Group, a Black-owned real estate firm in Houston, Texas, specializing in empowering individuals and families to build sustainable wealth through real estate. Prior to founding BREG in October 2017, Nicole gained extensive experience in various technical roles, including Application Specialist at Shell Oil Company, where responsibilities included providing application support and managing technical documentation. Nicole also worked as an SAP Migration Consultant at Back Office Associates, focusing on data migration processes, and as a Consultant/EDI Implementation Coordinator at Accenture, delivering solutions for major oil and gas clients. Early in the career, Nicole interned as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments, working on process efficiency projects in wafer fabrication. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
