Shraya Williams is an experienced professional in human resources and real estate, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Worldwide Flight Services since March 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with operations leaders and managing employee relations. In addition, since February 2022, Shraya has been a Real Estate Agent with Braden Real Estate Group, facilitating property transactions for Texas clients. Prior experience includes nearly two decades at UPS, where Shraya held roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Supervisor, focusing on performance management, recruitment, and compliance with safety standards. Shraya holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Jackson State University and has studied at Howard University.
