David Fitzgerald

David Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career at FedEx Express, where they held roles as Senior Management Facilitator and Senior Manager of Operations. During their time at FedEx, David conducted leadership courses globally and successfully turned around underperforming locations. David later worked as the Chief Learning Officer and VP of HR at Eastern Shores Acquisition Company. David also founded Leadership Imperative, where they served as President, delivering customized leadership workshops and coaching sessions. Currently, David holds the position of CEO at Bradford Airport Logistics, LTD, where they focus on improving the organization's effectiveness and fostering a growth-oriented culture for team members.

David Fitzgerald obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Philosophy from Bowdoin College, graduating between the years 1985 and 1989. David later pursued an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, attending from 1999 to 2001. In 2003, they completed a certification in Behavioral/Personality Assessments from the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies. In 2008, they received the title of Certified Master Coach from the Behavioral Coaching Institute. Lastly, in 2009-2010, they obtained a certification in Human Resources and was recertified through October 2022 from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
