James Hart

James Hart is currently working as a Brokerage Associate at Bradford Allen, a Chicago-based national commercial real estate firm. Prior to this, James served as a Director at Byrnam Wood LLC, a boutique firm specializing in tenant representation. James also owned Hart Maritime, where James worked as a Fleet Captain, managing a fleet of outboard center consoles. In addition, James has experience as a Yacht Captain and Yacht Mechanic in Beaufort, South Carolina. James also worked as a Merchant Mariner at Hornblower Group. James is currently pursuing an ALM Candidate in Extension Studies at Harvard University, following their completion of high school at Beaufort Academy and their time at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
