Cynthia Rector

Cynthia Rector is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in psychiatry and mental health services. Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Services Director at Omni Community Health since January 2020, Cynthia has also held the position of Medical Director at Bradford Health Services since October 2018. In addition, Cynthia has worked as a Supervising Psychiatrist at Psych Services since May 2005, overseeing psychiatric nurse practitioners in a nursing home setting. Past roles include Inpatient Psychiatry at MTMHI, Owner of American Behavioral Consultants LLC, Medical Director at Ten Broeck Tennessee, and Psychiatrist at Integrative Life Center of Nashville. Cynthia began a career in psychiatry with positions at The Ranch, LifeCare Family Services, and Mental Health Cooperative. Cynthia holds an MD in Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
