Glenn Rhoades

Glenn Rhoades possesses extensive experience in the foundry and metallurgy sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Since April 2019, Glenn has held the position of Director of Technology at Pearce Foundry Inc. and recently retired from No More Month Ends, Inc. Glenn's prior roles include Plant Manager and Director of Technology at Bradken, where tenure began in January 2003. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Mobile Pulley and Machine Works and Johnstown Corporation, focusing on metallurgical quality assurance and alloy development. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Technology from Erie Community College, completed between 1970 and 1972.
