Kandice McElroy

Kandice McElroy is an experienced executive administrator with a diverse background in business operations management. Currently serving at Bradley & Riley PC since February 2008, Kandice oversees various aspects including financial budgeting, human resources, cyber security, marketing, and facilities management across multiple locations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Four Oaks of Iowa, where Kandice managed operations and contributed to a successful $4 million capital campaign, as well as serving as Executive Director at the Anamosa Chamber of Commerce, promoting local businesses and community initiatives. Kandice began a career in marketing and sales administration at McLeodUSA Publishing. Kandice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
