Monika Gutha

Monika Gutha is currently serving as a Community Development Coordinator at Brahma Kumaris since September 2022. Previously, Monika held various positions at NatWest Group, progressing from Operations Analyst to Senior Operations Analyst and finally to Senior Analyst within the Commercial Banking - Lending Operations Middle Office. Monika also gained experience as a Psychology Intern at Smart Life Remedies for a brief period in September 2024 and worked as a Marketing Intern at EndureFun Outdoors in 2017. Educationally, Monika is pursuing a Company Secretary degree at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Secretaryship from SRM IST Chennai, and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Manipur University, expected to complete in 2025.
