Elyse Schneider

Elyse Schneider is a Case Manager at Brain Injury Services, assisting individuals in finding resources, completing service plans, and coordinating with community organizations. Previously, worked as a Team Coach/Care Manager at Wesley Family Services, a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at The Academy Schools, and held various roles in service coordination and behavioral therapy.
