Ben Seewald

Ben Seewald is a seasoned professional in the field of fundraising and alumni engagement, currently serving as the Senior Specialist Major and Legacy Gifts at the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada since June 2023. Previously, Ben held the position of Alumni Officer at Queen's University from September 2007 to June 2023, where responsibilities included advising the Queen's Student Alumni Association, engaging with young alumni, and supporting a career network on LinkedIn. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as the Special Events Manager for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada from January 2003 to September 2007, overseeing initiatives like the National Walk-a-thon program. Additionally, Ben was an Executive Member of the London and Region Fundraising Executives from 2005 to 2007. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts with Double Honours in Communications and English from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2002, and graduated from London Central Secondary School in 1997.
