Yanick Poulin

Yanick Poulin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Deckhand and Captain at Vernon Thompson, where they were responsible for preparing fishing equipment and training the crew. In 2004, Poulin became a Customer Service Representative at Virtual Agent Services, where they focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and solving challenges. Yanick then worked as a Flight Attendant at Jetsgo, ensuring passenger safety and conducting aircraft evaluations. Poulin joined SNC-Lavalin in 2005 and held multiple positions, including System Administrator, Service Desk Analyst, and CSC Supervisor.
