Bin Huang

Bin Huang has had a diverse range of work experiences since 2012. Bin started their career as a PhD on Computational Biology at the Center for Theoretical Biological Physics, Rice University in 2012. In 2016, they became the Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder of Pheramor, where they aimed to enhance dating romance through genetics and technology. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder of WeHaveChemistry, a web-based product for couples to discover their love alchemy. Bin also became a Principal Scientist and Computational Neuro and Data Scientist at BrainCheck, where they managed the R&D team for initiatives and regulatory management and developed cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and technologies to help assess and effectively manage cognitive impairment and dementia.

Bin Huang began their educational journey in 2008, when they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in biology from Shandong University. In 2010, they were an exchange student at National Taiwan University, where they studied biotechnology. In 2012, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Biology at Rice University.
