Cerrina D'Souza

Cerrina D'Souza has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cerrina was the Head of Human Resources Operations at Brainchild Communications Pakistan, where they oversaw various HR functions and managed the administration of life and health insurance benefits and the Human Capital Management system. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager - Talent, responsible for HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement programs, recruitment, and performance reviews. Before joining Brainchild Communications Pakistan, Cerrina worked at Maersk Line as a Senior Executive in Recruitment & Selection, where they managed the recruitment process, developed relationships with educational institutions, and conducted exit interviews. Cerrina also held roles as an Executive in Human Resources and as an Executive Secretary to the CEO cum HR Assistant. Early in their career, Cerrina worked at NOL as a Secretary to the CEO cum HR Assistant.

Cerrina D'Souza attended St. Mary's Catholic High School in Dubai from 1978 to 1986. It is not specified whether they obtained any degree or field of study during this period. Following that, they completed their O Levels in Arts, Commerce, and Economics at St. Joseph's Convent High School from 1986 to 1990.
