Alexander Pabon

Alexander Pabon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alexander is currently serving as the Director of Training & Implementation at BrainCX since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Insite Managed Solutions, LLC - The Human Operations Experts from December 2017 to April 2022. Alexander also held the position of Senior Operations Manager at 24-7 Intouch from September 2014 to December 2017. Before entering the private sector, Alexander served in the ARMY as a Correction Specialist from May 2009 to December 2012. Alexander began their career at Capital One in January 2012 as a Disputes Supervisor, where they provided forecasting and staffing analysis and collaborated on new training procedures.

Alexander Pabon's education history includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Nova Southeastern University, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they hold an Associates degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, completed in 2010 and 2011, as well as an Associates degree in Forensic Science from Kansas City Community College during the same period.

In terms of certifications, Alexander Pabon has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
