Alec Vais

Alec Vais is currently a Product Manager at BrainGu. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Red River from June 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing the Commanders' Inspection Program (USAP) Unit Self-Assessment Program for the entire Division, which included over 900 military, civilian and contractor personnel. Alec was also responsible for developing and implementing training programs for USAP, as well as preparing qualitative reports regarding quality management logistic program activities and accomplishments for submission to Commander and (PEO) Program Executive Officer.

During their time at Red River, Alec was recognized as an “outstanding performer” from August 2016 Inspector General Visit from AFLCMC Headquarters. Alec was also awarded two coins from Senior Materiel Leader’s “All Call” in September 2016 and PEO Two-Star General in October 2016 for their IG efforts and being an “outstanding performer”.

Alec has a Top Secret Security Clearance TSI and is a certified AFSO21 trainer. Alec achieved Level II Acquisition Certification "Logistics" Better Buying Power in September 2020.

Alec Vais graduated with a Master of Arts in Change Management & Leadership from Webster University. Alec also holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management & Development and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. Alec Vais began their educational career by earning an Associate's degree in Marketing / hotel restaurant management from Central Michigan University.

Alec Vais works with Melissa Glazener - Product Manager, Eric Powell - Product Manager, and John Palumbo - Product Manager. Alec Vais reports to Ian Doull, Head of Product.
