Nazneen Bandukwala

Nazneen Bandukwala has worked as the Head of Human Resources for Brainlab U.S., the subsidiary of Brainlab AG, a German medical device company, since July 2011. In this role, they are responsible for managing the administration of benefit plans, payroll, compensation, staffing and recruiting, vendor management, and the immigration process. Prior to working at Brainlab, Nazneen was a Human Resources Manager at Merck & Co., Inc. from August 1998 to June 2006.

Nazneen Bandukwala obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a double major in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Nazneen then went on to complete their Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
