Rich B.

Rich B. has a diverse work experience in various software development roles. Rich currently works at BRAINOMIX as a Senior Software Engineer since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at the same company from June 2022 to February 2023.

From September 2015 to May 2022, Rich worked at Torchbox as a Developer. In this role, they were involved in consultancy, technical lead, and development of Django and Wagtail sites for clients such as NHS Digital, UK Government, and The Mozilla Foundation. Rich also contributed to Python and Django software development and developed an internal toolset for content migration in Wagtail.

Before that, from January 2015 to September 2015, they were a Software Developer at Stratford-on-Avon District Council. Here, they worked on projects including an online video call system and a mapping tool, using technologies such as C#.

From May 2013 to December 2014, Rich worked as a Web Developer at Hughes Media Internet Ltd. Rich'sresponsibilities included working on various client sites using PHP, Laravel, and CakePHP. Rich also led the development of a bespoke site for selling online raffle tickets.

From June 2011 to May 2013, they were a Web Developer at Innoware, where they developed bespoke solutions for clients in different industries using technologies like Python, Django, and JavaScript.

Rich started their career at Open GI as a Data Migration Specialist from February 2008 to June 2011. In this role, they worked in the Data Migration department, facilitating data transfers for clients and collaborating with the development team on new data migration services.

Rich B. began their education at Worcester Sixth Form College, where they studied A Levels. Rich then attended Nunnery Wood High School and obtained their GCSE. Later, Rich pursued a Higher National Diploma in Business Information Systems Management at Bournemouth University, graduating in 2005. In 2006, they furthered their education at the University of Worcester, studying Business Information Systems and specializing in Information Technology until 2007.
