Kira Urmes

Kira Urmes is a Customer Success Consultant currently at BrainsFirst since September 2023, having previously held roles as a Product Specialist and in Product and Content Development at the same company from February to July 2023. Kira's experience includes serving as an Ambassador at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences in 2022, and roles in business development and consulting at edyoucated, as well as marketing and customer success at SkillFull Serious Games. Additional experience includes fundraising for Amnesty International and various service roles in the hospitality sector. Kira holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and a minor in International Business and Economics from the University of Groningen, along with a high school diploma from Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium.
