Ben Knecht

Ben Knecht has held a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2020, they began their current role as Manager, Revenue Operations Insights at Brainshark. Prior to this, they held the role of Sales Operations, Team Lead at Forrester from 2019 to 2020, where they worked with business and technology leaders to develop and operationalize customer-obsessed strategies. From 2015 to 2019, they held multiple roles at SiriusDecisions, including Sales Operations, Team Lead, Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, and Associate, Business Performance Analyst. In 2014, Ben worked as a Graduate Assistant at Fairfield University while obtaining their Master's Degree.

Ben Knecht obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2008 and 2012. Ben then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University between 2013 and 2015.
