Max Tayokin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Max started their career at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, where they worked as a main specialist in the Division for the Preparation for Hosting in Ukraine EURO2012. Here, they were responsible for coordinating with local authorities and organizing events related to the development of transport infrastructure for EURO 2012.
Afterward, Max worked at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine as a main specialist in the Department for International Cooperation, where they collaborated with the Russian Federation on transport and tourism issues. Max also organized the Ukrainian-Russian Sub-Commission for Transport and prepared materials for executives on bilateral cooperation matters. Max later took on a leadership role in the same department, serving as the Head of the Division. In this position, they worked on improving the legal framework, monitoring compliance with Ukrainian national and business interests, and enhancing analytical solutions.
Max then joined the National agency on preparation and holding in Ukraine UEFA EURO 2012, working in the Department of safety, accommodation, mobility, and operational activities as a main specialist. Max was responsible for coordinating with UEFA on the implementation of the State Program for EURO 2012 and monitoring the Host Cities' preparations.
Max's career in the technology industry began in 2014 when they became a Project Manager at ICU. Max then transitioned to working as a PHP developer in various companies such as Business Labs, Treezium, SMARTLINE GROUP, Akurateco White-Label Payment Platform, and Brainstack_. At Brainstack_, they currently hold the position of Senior Software Engineer Team Lead.

Max Tayokin completed their Diploma in System Analysis and Control at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in the Educational and Scientific Complex 'Institute of Applied System Analysis' from 2002 to 2008. Max then pursued a master's degree in Regional Government at the National Academy of Public Administration Office of the President of Ukraine from 2010 to 2013.
