Araksha Beachen

Araksha Beachen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY as an Administrator from 2003 to 2008. They then moved on to Bidfreight Port Operations, where they served as a Finance Controller from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Araksha worked at Grindrod Intermodal in various roles, including Regional Admin Manager, Client Service Centre Manager, and Human Resources Administration Manager. They then joined Bidvest Panalpina Logistics as an Ops Admin Manager from 2015 to 2016. Araksha's next position was at CHEP, where they worked as an FP&A - Financial Reporting and Systems Analyst (IMETA) from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Brambles, where they have held roles such as Digital Strategic Project Specialist, Digital Strategic Project Manager, and currently serve as Digital PMO Operations Lead.

Araksha Beachen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completing their studies from 2013 to 2020. In 2019, Araksha also pursued the Brambles Talent Development Programme in International Business at IE Business School. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2006, Araksha attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal, studying Human Resources. In 2002, the individual attended INTUITION COMPUTER COLLEGE (ICC), focusing on Information Technology. Additionally, Araksha acquired a certification in "Telling Stories with Data" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
