Arun Shridas

Arun Shridas has a diverse work experience. Arun started their career in 2013 as a Software Support Analyst at Mercer, where they provided technical support to internal and external clients and trained them on Mercer software. In 2014, they joined Convergys as a Database Administrator, where they administered SQL Server instances, created scripts for database monitoring and automation, and implemented maintenance scripts. In 2015, they became a Senior Consultant at Sogeti, where they worked until 2017. Their responsibilities included providing consulting services. From 2017 to 2020, Arun worked at Axcess Financial as a Database Architect and Senior Database Architect, where they designed and built a data warehouse and ingested data from various sources. In 2020, they joined Branch as a Data Platform Engineer and later became the Director of Data Engineering in 2022. Additionally, Arun became an Advisory Board Member at Modal in 2022.

Arun Shridas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky in 2013. In 2017, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org and in 2018, they completed the Data Scientist with Python Track certification from DataCamp.
