Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Branch, Rick leads the end-to-end Finance function and the Legal team beginning June 2024, while also having held the interim role for the Revenue Operations function. As CFO and Circle Member at The Circle by Founders Circle Capital since January 2024, Rick combines strategic oversight with advanced financial management. Prior to these roles, Rick spent nearly a decade at Google, where responsibilities included Finance Director for various marketing and subscription services, significantly shaping the Marketing measurement agenda and leading finance teams for key products. Earlier experiences at Cisco Systems and Deloitte showcased strengths in financial modeling, corporate planning, and strategic pricing, supported by an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Northwestern University.
