Linna Ferreira

Linna Ferreira has a diverse range of work experience in the field of financial aid. Linna started their career at North Shore Community College in 2010 as a Financial Aid Office Assistant. Linna then progressed to become a Student Financial Services Representative at the same institution from 2013 to 2015, where they provided financial aid assistance and handled student accounts.

In 2014, Linna worked as a Mapworks Retention Fellow at Salem State University, where they focused on student retention initiatives. Linna later joined Northeastern University as a Student Financial Services employee in 2015, assisting with various tasks including completing financial aid forms, counseling students, and conducting orientation surveys.

Since 2015, Linna has been working at Brandeis University as an Associate Director of Financial Aid. In this role, they have been responsible for performing need analysis, awarding financial aid packages, administering the Federal Direct Loan program, counseling students and families on financial aid options, and presenting financial aid appeals to the Appeals Committee. Linna also supervises student employees assisting with the Federal Direct Loan program.

In 2011, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from North Shore Community College.
