Kathy Khalil

Kathy Khalil is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Charleston SC area, currently serving as a Broker Associate and Realtor® at BrandName Real Estate since October 2017. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Realtor® at Century 21 Expert Advisors and Elaine Brabham and Associates Real Estate, focusing on residential home and condo sales, investment properties, and relocations. Beginning a real estate career at First Realty of Charleston, Kathy specialized in serving first-time buyers and residential listings. Earlier, Kathy held a significant position as the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Branch Head at SPAWAR Systems Center, where oversight of a twelve-person team and training development for naval personnel were key responsibilities. Kathy is a Cum Laude graduate from the College of Charleston, holding a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science.
