Kristin Roy

Kristin Roy is an accomplished Project Controls Manager at BrandSafway, leading the Mega Projects program and developing new infrastructure and processes for high-complexity projects across North America. With prior experience as a Commissioned Civil Engineer Officer in the United States Air Force, Kristin managed over $450 million in design and construction projects while ensuring effective communication among diverse teams and leadership. Additional experience includes roles at United States Air Force and UNH InterOperability Lab, where Kristin contributed to project management and technical testing. Kristin is currently pursuing an MBA from Syracuse University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
