Krystal Strickland

Krystal Strickland, SHRM-SCP, MPS, serves as the Human Resources Director at BrandSafway, providing comprehensive HR support to 42 branches across North America with a responsibility for approximately 5,000 employees. Prior to this role, Krystal held positions at Crown Holdings, Inc. as Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Plant HR Manager, where strategic HR and industrial relations were emphasized in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Additionally, Krystal's experience includes leading HR initiatives at Global Tungsten and Powders Corporation as Head of Human Resources and HR Manager, as well as serving as a Sr. HR Representative.
