Jamie Rodgers

Jamie Rodgers has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

Currently, Jamie is serving as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at BrandsMart USA since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jamie worked at The Aaron's Company, Inc. as the Senior Director of BrandsMart Integration from April 2022 to January 2023, and as the Senior Director of Store Support from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining The Aaron's Company, Jamie worked at RaceTrac for several years, starting as a Specialist in Marketing Promotions in 2009 and progressing through various roles such as Analyst, Senior Analyst, Manager, Implementation Project Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Brand Director. Jamie's responsibilities included managing projects, developing relationships, budget management, and overseeing cross-functional initiatives.

Jamie Rodgers attended the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Marketing and Mass Communications.
