Karee Utterback

Karee Utterback is a Civil Designer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently employed at Brandstetter Carroll Inc. since April 2021, Karee previously worked as a Civil Designer at Infrastructure & Development Engineering, Inc. and held the position of Associate Project Manager-Site at Al.
