Terence Farrell

Terence Farrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and leadership roles. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art and as a member of Executive Leaders for Advisory Boards, Terence also operates as President of For Real Solutions LLC. Previously, Terence held significant positions in the County of Chester, including County Commissioner, where fiscal leadership resulted in a balanced budget without tax increases, and Recorder of Deeds, where efforts led to innovative record management and the digital transformation of public records. Terence's past experiences also include board membership at YMCA of the USA and a lengthy tenure as a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in English from Carleton College and two graduate certificates in Public Administration and Public Personnel Administration from Indiana State University, where studies are ongoing.
