Shane Rawlings

Shane Rawlings has a diverse background in the food industry, starting as a Technical Apprentice at Moy Park and working their way up to roles such as Quality Auditor and Lead Fresh Account Manager at Branston Ltd. Shane has also served as a Student Representative at the University of Lincoln, where Shane completed their BSc in Food Science and Technology. Shane has been a valued IFST Scientific Committee Member, showcasing their commitment to furthering their knowledge and contributing to the field.
