Clarissa Dias is a dedicated leader in the realm of debate and student association, currently serving as the Vice President of Debates for the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT, overseeing panel discussions and logistics for impactful dialogues. As a co-founder and board member of BRASA - Brazilian Student Association, Clarissa has played a pivotal role in its strategic growth, successfully increasing financial resources by $2,000. Clarissa's experience includes serving as Assistant Coach for Team Brazil WSDC '23 and founding the first debate society in a southern Brazilian school, where skills in oratory and critical thinking were taught. Recognized as a top debater, Clarissa was the first woman to lead Team Brazil WSDC 2022 and has contributed to publications aimed at democratizing debate knowledge and analyzing public health in Brazil. Currently pursuing an Economics and Political Science degree at Williams College, Clarissa continues to impact the academic and debate communities.
