Matheus Alipio Franco da Silva

Matheus Alipio Franco Da Silva is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering roles at Embraer, where responsibilities included leading engineering developments for various aircraft seating products and optimizing processes within the MLB facility. Currently, Matheus serves as a Partner Agent for Catalyst GEM, guiding students through the higher education application process in the United States, and as a Student Mentor for the Brazilian Student Association, supporting Brazilian students in their academic pursuits. Matheus also has a strong background in customer service leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and valuable internship experiences at Spirit Airlines and MTU Aero Engines. Matheus is pursuing a Master's Degree in Management with a focus on Project Management from St. Francis College, following a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
